"When we encounter someone who appears to be afflicted with some negative character trait, we should not rush to reject him. Rather, we should first examine ourselves, in order to determine how well we exemplify the ideals of brotherly love. If we are in any way lacking in this regard, we have no right to pass judgment on others, for it could well be that our perception is skewed by our unrefined feelings."

Negative character traits pouring forth from the impure like soured wine from a chalice, personalities that can be judged by a Priest to be impure, but this is because the Priest does not have these imperfections and so he can see them in others. People who think they are Priests but without the lineage, and passing judgments onto others when they themselves are afflicted.
When someone wants to be noticed, to get attention, he puts another in the limelight and in this way he is noticed, not for what he has accomplished himself, but for what others have accomplished that he points out.
Purity of blood flowing through one's veins, inheritances of glory, a Father with lineage passed down to his kids. Knowing the traits of the impure vs. the pure. Being in a mikvah and washing away all the hurt, having G-d intervene and bring peace to the family of the bather.
Keeping your state of purity and not losing it. Being as pure as a single female who never gave birth. Not to be the one who is judged, but to be the one who is doing the judging, as the Judge Deborah, whose impregnable purity had the incredible force to win wars that put an end to the impure.
Being so arrogant and vain, to think you have a right to judge others, when you cannot even look at yourself. To be the one to make a change in oneself first, and then to be able with the experience to judge another of a negative trait, because it is a trait that you were able to overcome in yourself.
Being an example, a mentor, to those who see you and want what you have. Showing them the right path to obtain it, as you walk on the right path yourself.
