Yes, we have an American Dream and we can make it our dream, to love all people, to fight for the rights of the poor and to have equality between all people especially the genders.

THE BENDING OF THE FOOT FOR PAIN-FREE EXERCISE

To properly exercise the foot, we need to use a ballerina stance to stretch the foot, pointing the toe downwards but make sure you keep your heel up. This stretch can be performed in a chair as you sit in your office working at your computer. 

Absolutely make sure you do not force your heel downwards in a back leg foot stretch. Just the front toes only to cause flexibility. If you already have this foot disorder, you must stretch your foot slowly going it easy at first, and to have a routine exercise time to stretch the muscle every day. In the beginning do not exercise at it at all, let it heal without being aggravated by too much activity.

WAS MISTER CLEAN REALLY CLEAN?

If he saw a spec of dust on the floor, he bent over to pick it up and put it in the garbage, a spec not a spook. 

Dry cleaning, his white business shirts. We as his kids ironed his handkerchiefs one by one separately. They were embroidered with his name initials, MHG. More clean clothing, shirt after shirt, black pants, brown pants, navy blue, every evening after work to do a load, to dry it in the dryer and fold it or hang it up on hangers. All hangers must to be arranged with the top hooks facing in the same direction, neatly, orderly in our closets. 

Underclothes hand washed, dried naturally in the fresh air, a clothes line outdoors drying large white cotton bed sheets, the clothes line attached from the house to the garage, taut. 

How to kill stubborn germs? A telephone receiver to have germs on it from people's breath, to actually take a painter's or artist's turpentine on a cloth to clean the phones, to burn the germs away! But the alcohol smell to permeate the entire house, like a noxious spray paint. 

Told not to make noise in the downstairs bathroom, to quietly adjust the faucet, to walk in a pussy-cat's tip toe, not to clomp. 

Absolutely No Shoes in the House! No shoes no noise, no smashing the leather sole, not to march. All the shoes neatly arranged in the basement, all feet to feel naturally good as one walks barefoot to and fro, healthily bending the foot on the carpets and wooden floors, vinyl kitchen (orange/yellow) cheery flooring.

Dishes? Always done by hand, not an electronic dishwasher appliance. Every spec of food to be seen with his eyes and removed, to stand at the kitchen sink, not lazily to sit. What kind of love is this that is commanded from the Jewish people, toward the one who changed, the one who enters into their lives as a Convert to Judaism, to be this Convert, to have book knowledge instead of parental teachings that is oral history. What is this relationship between a book and this Convert. Is the book one's companion? Does this book become a quill, and we then we are commanded to love this quill as our companion as we write our own book.

They want to love and want to feel this beloved feeling we have for God, as a new feeling, a feeling of oldness becoming newness, so not to worship a foreign god as newness instead, to worship as the Convert does, to not die and go to Hell, to be in love and stay alive. 

Who are we to love? The stranger, why? Because we all were strangers in a strange land. We were once as the Convert is, to search back how many generations? We wish we knew. What can you remember? Can you feel your past roots? Can you remember being on Mount Sinai in your memoirs? How far back can we go? 

A place of dinosaurs? A place of the ape men? To live in a cave as did Lot and his four daughters? Yeah, we all were there, we are all brothers and sisters, we came from the same source. Who is this same source? Why, God of course. Who is this God do we are to worship? That's up to you.

THE ROOTS OF THE GREATEST TREE OF LIFE

What color is your parachute? What color is the tree that your parachute is stuck on? The tree of life? The fruit tree. Not to harvest a fruit tree before it is three years of age. Not to destroy fruit trees during time of battle, in a war. Not to harvest on soil that had been used to grow food for more than 6 years (Shemitah) in Israel. To vacate the field, not to grow in the seventh year. To relocate and go to new soil. To leave the grapes in a vineyard that dropped from the vine, for these grapes to remain in the vineyard for the poor to pick up. An unfortunate workplace situation is to be a Mexican immigrant, a migrant worker in California, to pick oranges off fruit trees, to be paid less than minimum wage, less that $15.00 dollars per hour. To fall from the tree, to break a leg or to die in the fall, without life insurance, without medical insurance, so how do we deal with this plight of the refugee, don't pay him at all? Give him no job at all? Make him legally unable to collect government Unemployment Income checks. 

No green card? No job anywhere. Climbing the fence that keeps you out? It's a prison fence and you have just become a prisoner. To fall off the Ladder of Jacob, to befall a cherry tree. We don't speak or want to speak your language, espanol. Go away or we will shoot you down dead. Climb our Wall if you dare. Jack and the Beanstalk, to find gold at the top, but you are not allowed to make it to the top. Discouraged? Just instead smoke the now legalized pot, marijuana, Mary Jane.

A Wall like the Wall of China, the Great Wall of Israel, the Western Wall, the Wailing Wall. We are one, as in the one God of Noach, the man who was picked to be our one Father, the man who saved the animals, who did not drown or wear a crown. A noble Sage, Prophet, Navi, (not king or queen) so no reason to scream.

The roots of a tree? The roots of our Tree of Life. The roots of Etz Hayyim, The Torah. What makes us different than other religions? We have The Torah. The Greatest of All Trees of Life. My motto? Live and Let Live.

What is a weekend? A weekend is a Friday night through Sunday night. A time to rest, rest on Saturday? Sit on a SATurday. To have fun in the sun on a SUNday. Born on the winning baseball team with all bases covered, resting on both Sat. and Sun.!

Navy blue comes from the darkness of the clouds in a rain-laden sky! Rain to put out angry fire. Overwhelming Dark Navy Blue Clouds, rain developing.

Navy becoming black (and blue) darkening. Blackness/darkness, too much darkness! All the candles in the world to light up!!! Water dousing candles, water putting out angry fires. Angry blue clouds opening to shoot missiles. Opening like a gateway to an Independence Day Fireworks Display, flying rocks, bottled explosives.

A war? Not to be fought on a Sunday, a day to love your son. Do you have a son? Baby blue the color of his clothes a baby boy's garments. Royal blue baby blue, blue clouds, black rain.

Sacrifice a son? For Abraham to need angels to tell him not to kill his son!!! To want to kill Isaac when he was Sarah's baby boy child who she loved! Instead to kill animals? Is killing holy! If they cannot kill baby boys, they circumcise them! This unhealthy ritual called a "covenant"? A covenant with WHO?

WHO? Do capital letters in the English language print SCARE you!? Is this a way to "yell" in in the written word?

Not drowning but swimming, paddling in a bowl of soup. Not to ever eat meat after eating dairy. To wait 4-6 hours between them. Discipline! Strength! Restraint!

Chicken and Rice or Noodle Soup. What is the cure or Who is the cure? Being "on the mend" as Gd is our cure, He fights off infections. Gd needs our help! We cannot just be bystanders! Sing to Gd! Pray for rain? And pray for Everything Else! 

What does Hallel mean in HALLELuyah? Celebration! Praise to Gd!  Both EL meaning Gd and Yah meaning Gd. Both the masculine EL merging with the feminine YAH. EL I YAH.

A BIRTHDAY ON THE LUNAR CALENDAR DURING THE OMER

A Birthday in the next few months? How lucky you are! To understand the true meaning of one's Birth as says on the Lunar calendar, to know how one's Life and Birth fit in with the Prophesies of the Torah, Prophets, and Writings. A Candle? Only One Candle is necessary, you don't have to take a deep breath to blow it out, deep breathing increases blood pressure being a danger to the normal regular pumping of One's Heart. 

To be Born during the months of The Jewish Omer. Omer meaning Time of Harvest, to have a corresponding Sefirot characteristic as a description of your being.

26 Nisan, 11 Omer, means Gevurah/Gevurah, two times the characteristic of "Gevurah" meaning 2x Strength, Restraint, and Discipline. What does this mean? It means to have the Power of a Bull! To be like the Red Heifer! The Wisdom and Power of a Military in charge of All Nations! As One's favorite meat to eat is the "Brisket" of the Bull. It is located in the chest front area of his body.

Not only to have Gevurah 2x as one's being but also in one's Horoscope of the Stars, The "Bull of Taurus" (crashing into a China shop!). Do you have the power of a Bull? Feel like a Bull today? The Strength of a Navy, Army, Air Force, Coast Guard!!

To be a Bull with the Strongest Neck of any Animal, our Neck is our Achilles Heel. Wear a scarf around our throat to protect this holy area of our bodies.

On the Solar Calendar the Year of my Birth is 1959, and my Birthday corresponds to May 4th. On the Lunar Calendar it corresponds to 26 Nisan, Omer 11. This Year on the Lunar Calendar my Birthday is tomorrow!! April 11th! My Dad's Birthday on the Solar Calendar is April 17, a few days after mine. There are 49 Days to The Omer, the 50th Day is Shavuot a Festival Holy Day which lasts for two days. Shavuot celebrates God giving Moses the Commandment Tablets on Mount Sinai.  
Happy Birthday! If you have a Birthday on the Omer, it is to be celebrated even though this is a time of semi-mourning in Jewish culture.    

WE WON ONE BECAUSE WE ATE EIGHT

One won because we ate eight! What is so important about the number eight? We eat and then we ATE. We ate on Jewish holidays like Passover of eight days, Sukkot of seven plus ONE day [shemini atzeret] which means The Eighth Day, and of course on Hanukkah when we burn EIGHT candles plus ONE [the shamash]. Also, in a worship minyan we can daven [pray] with nine Jews plus ONE which isThe Torah Scroll, the Torah taking on the needed plus ONE that becomes the TEN of Jews necessary to sing "The Kaddish" [Prayer for the Deceased]. A young newborn Jewish boy has his Brit Milah, which means he is circumcised and this is on the eighth day of his life.

What about this eating and why eight? We can eat one matzo per day on Passover and this makes eight matzos. Eight days of unleavened bread. We celebrate the fact that we are no longer slaves in Egypt. Hanukkah's eight days are spent celebrating the Maccabees winning the fight against the Greeks, we won an eternal candle using a wick and olive oil. So we won One? Who is One?

One Gd is Who is One, and we won many battles, ONE and then another ONE, like the Purim Battle against Haman, like the fight of David against Goliath, One pebble aimed into the forehead of Goliath and he dropped dead, One times One equals One in multiplication. We won One, One Gd, indivisible is our One and only Gd.

No confusion, One means One not two or three...One Promised Land, One Moses The Prophet, One Gd more Almighty as One but with Fifty Names. 

To be in love with this One singular Gd, to not commit "adultery" not to love a different god.  

HOW TO OVERCOME CATASTROPHIC FEARS

Fear? Scary stuff. The Walking Dead, the Talking Dead, Halloween costumes, Purim costumes, funerals, wakes, face painting, where is my kid!! He was just walking over there! Missing one's parents, a child without a parent, shoes that cause blisters, sore feet, dry eyes, sunlight too bright. Fear of all these catastrophic occurrences!!

Wondering what lurks under the bed? Is there something in your clothes closet that may be there, something not visible, a spirit exposed by car headlights as they beam into your bedroom though the windows, a light and then not a light, a light that appears and then disappears. Skeletons in your closet? A secure lock but that could be cut. A clothes closet filled with valuables, at least they are valuable to you. To fear theft, to wonder if your valuables are safe, to pray to Gd to keep your property safe, to call upon your Guardian Angel who is like a Pit Bull dog when it comes to protecting you and your goods. A Jolly Green Giant. A Goliath, but a Goliath on your side and not on the side of your enemies. Needing a slingshot as did King David, not when you diplomatically make Goliath your friend, a friend in need is a friend indeed!

A room without windows, or a room with a window but with an awning, not to be able to see the beautiful blue sky. Claustrophobia. Just one door, no sky, no neighbor's yard visible from your room, no sunshine, not to know if it is daytime or night. A bed. And a desk. A microwave oven. Wondering if the stars are out if it is night. To love light and to love sight. Not to see and not to hear. Hearing only a dog's bark.

To knock out a wall and to build your own window. To see your next door neighbor's filth and so to knock out the window and build a wall. Brick by brick. Yellow bricks or red bricks, a wooden house without bricks, insulated with metal siding, warmer in the winter than a brick abode.

A wall. What is a Wall? It is a word that pronounces Wall-come or welcome. After she says "thank you", you say "Your Wall-come." [welcome]. To be welcome at the Wailing Wall, to pray in Israel and to pray wherever you are and will be, to envision a Wailing Wall in the walls of your own house. 

To speak aloud and to pray aloud. To yet pray in a whisper if it disturbs someone nearby, but must to hear yourself pray!

To press your three fingers of your right hand upon your forehead, and to sing "Shema Y'israel, Adonai Eloheynu, Adonai Echad"!!

Who is SHE? She is SHEkinah, another Name, but of the female gender, a Name "Shekinah" meaning Gd. 

Gd loves you She loves you. To fear only Gd and no other, none other, nothing other.   

THE INCONCEIVABLE AWESOMENESS OF OUR CREATOR

How can we say we love someone when we have never met Him? How can we say a Higher Power exists, when we have prayed to Him to help us, or for a sick person to achieve health, but He does not help us or cure the illness of our sick. Did a parent die, and we prayed to Gd for him to live, but he died anyway? Did then we become so bitter and disbelieving that we lost our friendship with Gd, He left us but when we left Him.

Who is this Gd? Is He a hallucination? Is He a voice Who we hear as the wind blows through our chimneys banging the shutter open and closed again, open and closed?

Is Gd the well-known oil painting of a Michelangelo, King David being his famous sculpture? Can we envision Gd through the eyes of famous artists?

Can we listen for His voice and ask Him to talk to us the way He talked to Moses, Aaron, and Miriam? Gd has never shown His face to anyone, no one has ever seen His face. A Burning Bush? Moses saw that, it burned like a Christmas Tree decorated in electric lights, being a Chanukah Bush. Can we mutually merge these Faiths, to combine the ways of the rebellious with the ways of the truest bluest? Royal blue. Sapphire blue. Sky blue. Throne's blue. Clouds' blue.

Can we ask Gd to mutually merge the colors red and blue to create Purple? What is Purple? A majestic color, no doubt! A light Purple or Lavender color being a pure white added to a blue and red. An aroma of Lavender herbs, a whiff like no other.

How can we try to understand, to comprehend this greatness of Gd, of our Lrd? If we are adults not children being introduced to Gd for the first time is this an obstacle to our understanding of His love for us? To be over the Bar/Bat Mitzvah age to be an adult and to study Noah's Ark? To understand the coat of Joseph as multi-colored i.e. like a clown's? To pray for Joseph even if we cannot understand his obstacles, having never been enslaved or imprisoned? To have an understanding of his hardships falsely accused in court and imprisoned being innocent? To find our thief taking the law into our own hands? A reason, yes, to be imprisoned. To catch your own thief to prosecute him, he becoming the one who imprisons you instead of you imprisoning him!!

To go to a beach, a seashore of a Great Lake or Great Ocean, a long winding River, a Mountain Range, a place that is extremely awesome, lots of excitement!! To try to understand these creations of Gd's power and almightiness, a place of prosperity greater than we can possibly understand, a place of Gd-liness, incredible, super, horrific, a miracle!! All from this Gd we are told to love.

Can we as adults learn how to love this Gd and to accept His love for us?

For us to continue to love humans, to love angels, to love the creations of the Lrd's and to be in touch with Gd in holy singing of prayer everyday. How about seven times per day?

To purse your lips into a kiss and to kiss His Essence, kissing Mezuzahs, to be there for Gd when He needs you and then He for you.

WEARING BLUE JEANS ON SUNDAYS

Blue jeans on Sundays? Disrespectful? To whom? To instead dress up on Saturdays, the holy Shabbat Jewish Day of Rest because you are Jewish, not Gentile. Comfy clothing, the all cotton blue jeans, not dry cleanable only.

What about these comfy blue jeans? What are "jeans" are they indeed an angry substitute for GENES? Not having Priestly genes instead wearing jeans? Owning your genes and so need not dress up in jeans on Saturdays.

To wear all white, pure clothing, non-leather clean white shoes on Saturdays, wearing leather shoes on Sundays. On Yom Kippur wearing holy shoes, white non-leather only.

Jeans, called "Levi Strauss Blue Jeans". Holes in one's jeans, old, tattered, ripped, several holes, several rips. Ripping out of anger that you do possess Levi genes. The Levites being the holy Priests of the lineage of the Levi Prophets, a holy lineage, a holy Tribe of the Hebrew People descended from Jacob. So angry that someone in your line of family dropped their love for Gd and instead chose a life of a love for a different god. Angry you are, ripping your jeans because you have no genes! Trying to say you have genes, but instead what you have are jeans. 

The respect for clothing comes from a respect for your mother and father, it is they who taught you how to respect your elders, the wise. To respect your mother and thereby respecting Gd, and loving your mother, therefore loving Gd. Praising your mother and father, thereby having the ability to praise Gd.

Comfy in blue jeans on a Sunday. Sunday being a work day. Blue jeans that are clothes to get dirty, clothes that can be cleaned in soap and water. The holes keep getting bigger, holes? Or holy? Jeans without holes.

Blue? Why blue? The Jews use one blue thread on their prayer shawl tzit-tzit. The color of Gd's throne is Sapphire blue. How may blues are there? Gunmetal blue. Grayish blue. Sky blue. Light blue. Royal blue. Turquoise. Greenish-blue. Ocean blue. Levi denim blue.

Not to mix the linen with the wool. This is for Priests only. If you have this Levite Priesthood, you can mix it. The mixture of this wool and linen in one article of clothing is called Shatnez. To wear a Tallit Katan next to your skin. To love the Hebrew square knots on the tzit-tzit. Not to touch them. Practicing restraint. Not to bellow or bite like a wolf when the other wolves bark and bite. 

To use discipline from the Gevurah of the Kabbalah Sefirot. Another word describing Gevurah is "strength".

Light, might, night, knight. The holy Kohen and Levite, flying free like a kite!

Yes, comfy and free, feeling ecstatic in one's Levi blue jeans caressing the skin, especially if you really have Genes, Levi or Kohen Genes and need not to rip a hole in your clothing, just to feel at ease in the softness of this denim like wrapping a soft goose-down blanket over your body. Warmth in the coldness of the winter.

Snuggling up with Family in blue jeans, but not on a Shabbat Saturday, instead dressing in blue jeans on a Sunday. Not to need to rip them up out of hatred and anger over those who really do possess GENES. Not to "rend" your jeans, rend meaning ripping them, if a family member dies. Instead to rend your shirt at its collar, its lapel.

LEVITE GENES. What are they? To practice slowness of anger, loving-kindness, and wisdom. Freedom from coveting, not stealing. If you do not own blue GENES you can instead wear blue JEANS--Levis!

So no need to act out in jealousy. Like a polar bear's white fur blanket, peacefully wrap the denim around your legs and thank Gd for what you have. 

THE STRENGTH AND EFFICIENCY IN GRANDMA'S HANDS, MOM'S HANDS, MY HANDS

To look upon one's hands, to examine the lines on your hands, to see the lines as like a map, a treasure map, a drawing of lines and spots, hands that are strong, efficient, fingernails polished, but not with color, transparency only, honesty, truth, hands that never committed a crime. Hands that changed diapers, one child one generation after another, another child, another generation, mom's hands that cooked baby foods.

Hands of one's grandma's that cleaned clothes by hand, wringing out one garment after the other, all water to drip off, using a metal/wooden washboard, clothing appliances not yet established, no washing machines, no dryers. The Great Depression, The Prohibition, not to financially afford dry cleaning, no jobs, no money. Bankruptcy all too common, eating "stone soup" a cut up onion, one large white onion to go around an entire dining room table, no sugar, no beer.

Modest clothing, clothing cleaned by hand, arthritis setting in to grandma's hands. Father's hands to use a typewriter, suffering strokes, heart attacks, carpal tunnel syndrome. Desperately needing to communicate, writing letters sent from the Ukraine to Chicago, The Holocaust, family's letters stopped coming, no more letters, not knowing how our family died?? Pogroms? Death Camps? No more letters, no more love. Darkness, yarhzeits, Days of Death. Death everywhere, but clothes that are clean. Soft clothes, nothing fancy, cleaned with pure water, not to need dry cleaning.

All the clothes hangers neatly arranged in one's closets, all facing the same direction. A clothes closet of cleanliness, arranged by strong hands, though arthritic fingers, grandma's hands, mom's hands, my hands. 

WHEN WE CLOSE OUR EYES WHAT CAN WE SEE

Our humble two eyes, using eye makeup or not, trimming eyebrows or not, using a skin color lotion to hide the shadow beneath our eyes or not, a pencil to design the lines of the eye lashes maybe so, some of us blessed to have extensive full bushy eye lashes and some are not. Using false eye lashes that curl upwards wanting-ly. The eyes of a puppy or kitty as s/he asks for his/her daily meal, meat chunks, getting Cod fish, Cod spelled backwards is Doc, or Doctor. Eating Cod as prescribed by one's Doctor, Doc, who said "Rest is Best", and the meal he prescribed said "Butter is Better". Kosher foods as a Doctors' prescribed diet. Kosher Fish dunked in butter, not shrimp.

Chumash for the day? Ram's blood on Aaron's right earlobe, ram's blood on his clothing. Aaron being a Levite and also Moses descended from Levi also a Kohen. Blood for each with a thigh and breast from a perfect ram, sacrificed for Priests. Blood spilled on the altar. Blood, blood, everywhere, sanctification, holiness, blood of the purest of the pure, to be swallowed by Prophets, the purest Prophet of the pure.

Can we imagine these bloody altars when we close our eyes? Looking into a light then shutting our eyes, seeing blood through the reflective light as our eyelids are purple and maroon in color. A color wheel circulating around and around inside our eyes, lids shut tightly then lightly, splashing crimson turning into yellow, from yellow to golden. A slashing of light blue as the eyes remain closed, eyes to see Aaron and Moses, seeing the sacrificial ram, being there when the angels told Abraham not to sacrifice Isaac, instead to sacrifice the ram.

After eight days we circumcise our sons. Why eight? Because the Messiah will be here on Earth on the eighth day of the week. Eight days to a week! The future we hope will offer us more not less.

IS IT A WEEKEND OR A SHABBAT?

What type of greeting goes to whom? Good weekend or Shabbat. How can we establish an honorable way to greet people on Saturdays and Sundays. Do you know Jewish people who say their family never used the "Shabbat Shalom" greeting and they prefer also not to use it. How can we establish a bond on a Saturday and/or Sunday with Jews and/or non-Jews?

The Talmud Volume One tells us how to rest on Shabbat. What to do, what or what not to do. Nice to say to someone that you have a "date with your couch" on a Saturday if you are Jewish so someone does not expect you to work on Saturday.

To remind someone that you do not work on Saturdays. If it is a non-Jew who asks you to work and you are Jewish, they may not even know you keep the sanctity of a holiday once a week and that you do no work. You must explain it to them. They may be taken aback when you tell them, it could be something that they never knew. Don't expect non-Jews to know Jewish rituals. And do not anger if they ask you to break the rules. They do not know. Have no knowledge of your life patterns or intentions.

Yes, it is ok to tell them that you wish them a good weekend. Your weekend ends on Saturday night and theirs on Sunday night.

Sundays for us as Jews are the beginning of a new week. We pray the Havdalah on Saturday nights. For us as Jews the weekend or Shabbat ends on Saturday at sunset.

Can we walk step in step with someone who worships different Gods on different days? We can respect their rituals if they in turn are making an effort to respect yours.

Sanctification means isolation. Exile. Must we segregate ourselves into exile to be able to worship our God as we please? This is between you and your God, no one else.

HOW A PIANO CAN SEND YOU FLYING LIKE AN ANGEL

Today to be an Angel in your imagination as we liken ourselves to Angels, four Angels mentioned in The Torah. Can we ourselves be like Angels? To go from little to big? From sinful to tzaddik? Is it a journey we can all take? Stretching out our necks like a swan's and sniffing the air for a good deed yet to be done.

Pianos as our marching drums. Plick. Pluck. Pound. Squeal. One key. And then another key. Jumping in a meadow as an Angel flapping her wings. Tip toeing through the tulips. Violins accompanying pianos. Sounds to cause you to dance. Even when seated. Horns coming in from the background. Pianos in the lead. Foot pedals on pianos. To tap your feet to the beat. A long repetitive sound with the bow of the violin sweepingly. From one side to the other. Wishing upon a harp! Remembering the lyre of our past history. A lyre coming from lore. Folk Lore. But is it true or is it not true? Please tell me it is true! It is so beautiful it cannot be wrong.

Wanting the truth of God's love. All we have to do is believe. Yes. To love God in return for His Divineness towards us.   

HOW TO WAIT PATIENTLY

Strumming on an old guitar in your mind, creating music to oneself as you await. Trying to wait patiently. Not to psyche yourself into bad news. Not to imagine the worse. An elderly parent you are caring for as you phone them regularly and they answer the phone because they know it is you. Dialing their number again and again. No answer. Waiting and wondering. Whispering to every spirit you know. In bed taking a nap and dreaming about them and their welfare. Entangled. Wishing to be there for them if they need you. Seniors. Not aged. Wise. Not old.

Giving God full reign as He is the only One Who can soothe your pains. Relieve your anxiety. A God you call upon to calm your nerves. Trying in this relationship with God Himself to bring Angels into this dilemma. We are second only to Angels.
 
Standing on one foot and leaning on the other, as we do during the Amidah. Knowing that there is nothing else we can do except to talk to God and ask Him to be there with you as your Companion and to protect your elderly parent or whoever it is that you are worried about.

God? Are you there? Can you save me and everyone I love? Can you descend from your throne in the clouds onto Earth and help me to stay alive and help all of my loved ones to stay alive as well?
