Do you like yourself? Can you tolerate yourself? Can you change your affection for yourself to true love, never to let yourself down. To treat yourself with TLC tender loving care. To love your family and your parents, and when you are not with them to give your love to God. To lean against a wall and to talk to God asking Him for His love, forgiveness, to cause you happiness because it is God you love. He having no reason to feel jealous, having friends not lovers in others. Kissing a mezuzah on a doorpost, kissing God.
Can you put your arms around yourself, to hug yourself. To hold yourself. To feel secure and safe. To write or text to a loved one and to be glad, favorable about what you wrote. To end each email as "Love, Your Name." To recognize that whoever you texted loves you and loves your message in contact. Do you love your own name? God has seventy names, how many do you have? Do you have pet names, nick names. Do you love yourself no matter what name someone uses to call you. Do you unconditionally love yourself. Do you immediately forgive yourself if there is an unintentional wrong-doing? Ask God to help you forgive yourself.
Thank God, offer to keep speaking praying to Him all day, ask Him to return your love. Ask Him for His protection, always forever to feel safe and happy, in his guidance. No matter what, He is looking out after you. Beg Him to also look out look after for your loved ones. Feel His physical spiritual presence everywhere no matter what. Never to feel lonely, always to love God and to love yourself.
