WINNING THE RACE AT YOUR OWN PACE

Purity of thought, purity of words and speech, purity of actions, never to falter and allow an impure word from one's lips, to savor a piece of candy in the mouth that erases all impure speech attempts, keeps your lips from responding to thoughts that then become words of speech that are meant to wage a battle or war, an attempt instead to speak only words of lovingkindness, to always be cautions in speech to only compliment and encourage, to think before speaking and then perhaps not to speak at all, bridling one's evil intentions, silencing one's striking out thoughts to get ahead of someone else and to put them behind, instead to be humble in all words and speech, just speaking the facts, not to change another, but to show acceptance of other's shortcomings.

Not to need a pat on the back, patting one's own back instead, asking G-d to be the One to pat you on the back, anytime you need a helping hand, to reach upwards towards the Divine for all encouragement, to ask G-d to be a muse, to see Him everywhere.

To clean your speech to everyone as if it is to G-d that you are speaking to, to put a halt to any action that would hinder a competitor, instead to keep a steady climb upwards, a marching hike if as a turtle protected in battle with a shell of armor, to achieve and keep achieving, doing it following the rules, slowly and surely, continuing at a craft, perfecting your craft, asking G-d to help you perfect it.

To sing The Prayer of Livelihood, to continue in a forward but peaceful march onwards, always in unison with the waves of the seas, not as a rocky craggy obstacle but instead as a world contributor, knowing that everything you do is well liked and to keep marching forwards, asking G-d for help whenever you stumble.
